Terms of service.

These terms apply to bookings and services at StyleCuts Pvt Ltd (“StyleCuts”, “we”). Booking an appointment — online, by phone, or in person — means you accept these terms.

1. Bookings and confirmation

Booking requests made online or through our receptionist Zara are reviewed by a human before confirmation. We confirm by WhatsApp within two hours during opening times. Same-day confirmation is not guaranteed outside opening hours.

2. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all taxes. Where we show a range, the lower figure is the typical booking; the upper figure covers long or thick hair. A stylist may give you a firmer quote in consultation.

3. Cancellation & rescheduling

We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes inside 24 hours are accommodated once as a courtesy. A second short-notice change within a six-month window forfeits any deposit paid.

4. No-shows

A no-show forfeits any deposit and requires a deposit for any subsequent booking.

5. Bridal bookings

All bridal packages (Nikkah / Barat / Valima / Mehndi) require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to hold the date. The balance is settled on the day. Deposits are refundable if the event is cancelled more than 14 days in advance.

6. First-time colour — strand test

Clients who have not had colour at StyleCuts before must come for a 10-minute strand test 48 hours before their colour appointment. The test is free; it protects you and our work.

7. If you are not happy

If you leave the chair unhappy with a cut or colour, we will fix it within 14 days at no cost. We cannot process cash refunds for services but we will always make it right with you on the chair. For disputes, please contact Bilal Rauf at hello@stylecuts.pk.

8. Payment

We accept cash, all major cards, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer. There is no surcharge for card payments. We do not store card details — payments run through our bank’s tokenised POS.

9. Children

Kids haircuts are offered at our Johar Town branch only. Children are welcome at Gulberg while a parent is being serviced. DHA Phase 5 is an adult-only space; under-12s by prior arrangement only.

10. Liability

StyleCuts carries professional liability insurance through EFU Life General. Our maximum liability for any service is capped at the value of the services rendered, except where local law imposes a higher standard. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
